PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, it will be processed promptly and you will receive a confirmation sent to your supplied email address. Your order will then be dispatched within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Once posted, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You will be able to track delivery of your parcel at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html. Deliveries will not need to be signed for.
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one Express Post bag. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

If you are buying for a special occasion – a birthday, anniversary or such – phone or email us and we will arrange an immediate courier (additional costs apply).

Currency, Taxes and Duty

Product prices on this site are quoted in Australian Dollars. All payments for transactions will be made in Australian Dollars. Please note, as our head office and transaction processing is based in Sydney, Australia, your bank may apply international transaction fees. 
Shipments into countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which would be applied when your parcel reaches your country. Your order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Any potential taxes and duty charges would be levied directly by your local Customs Service. As such, we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package may incur. Payment of these fees may be necessary to release your order for delivery to you.
